Just a short highlight reel of him at a pickup game this week in Baltimore. Supposedly he's been working extremely hard on defensive fundamentals, hook shots and free throws this summer... we'll see in November I guess. For now some entertainment.

Can't wait for the season to start and see this new roster on the court. Normally the NFL would entertain me till then, but being a Jets fan I'll probably be more frustrated than entertained.

This looks similar to that other recent video. DJ looks active and quick, but yeah we'll see in training camp how much better he is.

At least he'll be coming into camp very fit. I really hope to see his defensive improvements the most. Any offense is still icing to me.

Rather have him "skill up" than bulk up. Very Happy

what does oden bulking up have to do with anything? the guy was injury prone, bulking up had nothing to do with it. Actually, when healthy, he was pretty dominant. so bulking up worked well for him when he played.

DJ always dunks with his right hand, even though he's a leftie.Being ambidexterous will help his post game a lot.

I'd love to see him workout with Hakeem as well. He's so agile and coordinated for a big man. There's no reason that he shouldn't be a dominant force both offensively and defensively.

especially with that extension he got from the Clippers, he's good for that money for lessons from hakeem.

What he said.

I'm not impressed. Spoon fed and no contest, big deal! I don't really give an ish about DJ's charity dunks.

Oden never became dominant and was out played by Przybilla who would have started but since Oden was the number one pick he got the call.

DJ already weights over 250 more weight will mean he will lose his quickness and could cause injury.

Oden has an entire leg bigger than the other one. And by bigger I mean it's longer which is a giant reason as to why he kept getting hurt. Oden, if he was healthy probably would be a 15 point scorer, 9-10 boards a night and 2.5+ blocks a night player if he got 32+ MPG. Sucks for Portland that he was Mr. Injury but they didn't take Oden over Durant for no reason at all. Both of those guys looked like sure fire Home Runs.

I am just glad all of the Greg Oden autographed cards I got, I got rid of right away that I found in packs. Made 100's of bucks off of that chump lol

he never became dominant, but the games he played he was a force. with a season or 2 of development, he would have been the best center in the game right now. he was naturally big, not buff n sh1t like dwight. he had the post moves, he had the intimidation factor, and the defense. but oden "being big" has nothing to do with his injury. oden was never buff/worked out, so idk why you even mentioned him
