I was reading the main headlines on NBA.com and one of the links said that he thinks the Pistons and the Clippers are better than everyone thinks.
Even though I really disagree with the Kwame Brown ideas.. He says some pretty good stuff about the Clippers.
EDIT: Scroll a bit down, to the point where he talks about the aqcuisition of Marcus Camby.

| I can't believe Kwame's 26 and he still plays like a 2nd round rookie. |

| Everyone concentrates on the loss of Benedict Brand but as mentioned in the post everyone has forgotten how GOOD Camby is. Benedict was never an allstar starter and was never an elite player. Much of his appeal was his squeaky clean facade. Weve found out he's just squeaky. Kaman/Camby ain't namby pamby |

"There’s another reason I don’t vote – I don’t want jury duty. If you’re not registered to vote, you can’t get jury duty. I know that campaign Diddy had a couple years ago, “Vote or Die,” yeah if the alternative is jury duty, I’m going to die. I’m not going to get in one of these cases where they blow the jury members’ houses up to get out of the trial, I’m cool. I’ve seen too many movies."
That's hilarious. He's a pretty funny guy.
Gilbert should check out the movie "Recount" so he can understand that who Bush Gore presidential race.....actually all you guys should check it out. It's a really good film. |

| It'll be interesting to see what Barkley says. In 2006-7 he favored us as the dark horse till we were Magettee-ized |

I wasn't raised to doubt the word of Gilbert Arenas. If he says we're a playoff contender, I'm inclined to believe him.
If any other team had gotten Camby for two rainbow Skittles and a bag of lottery tickets (or something like that), that team would be innundated with props and kudos around the league. But since it's the Clippers: "EPIC FAIL." It's nice to see at least one quirky NBA star recognize the coup that the Clippers have pulled off and how tough a lineup we have. |
