If you want to check out the upcoming draft and check out the players, I've found that http://www.nbadraft.net/ is the best site. Some of the sites do not even have the teams in the right order or haven't even been updated for the new players who have left school and joined the draft. They have really good summaries on each player by just clicking on the one you are interested in.
One guy to go check out is Nicolas Batus, a 6'8" shooting guard from France who can play 3 positions.
This site says the Clips will go big in the first round, taking the best player available. Then go small by selecting Lester Hudson from UT, who is a fast, big combo guard who has upside.
There are 2 or 3 very tall Centers in Europe who would also be interesting in the second round that we could bring in to play backup to Kaman, like Omer Asik. Anyway go check this site out and come back here so we can discuss the players that we are seeing. They feel OJ will be gone before we pick. Unless we move up of course. |

I cannot wait to find out what spot we get in the draft, then I can really start looking at the players. Right now, it really is up in the air as to where we'll fall.
Also, it would be nice to get some hints on the status of EB and Livingston, so we know what they are thinking, just cus that could effect how we draft. |

Yeah that's a great site for drafts Jamfan- Draftexpress.com is pretty good too with lots of statistical analysis. I actually like Draftexpress a little more, but both are great.
We'll find out in a little more than a week what our position is- it's gonna be exciting! |

A Player I noticed on the list that I REALLY REALLY Like is Sonny Weems from Arkansas. The guys plays very tough, dunks all over the place because of his large wingspan and high hops!!! I think he won the college slam dunk contest this year, but I know he would be a great 2nd round pick if we're looking to add legit atheticism. I'm not sure how his shooting is though.
Also JR Giddens would be a good pick in the 2nd I think. |

| Good call JLemm. I haven't seen him play but the guy sure looks like he has potential. The Clippers should definitely bring him in for a workout. |

Just saw the Weems You Tube. He definitely looks like a guy you could take a chance on in the second round and NBADraft say he will still be available for us. They say we take Lester Hudson PG.
Some mock draft have us taking a big center from Europe in the second round. For me Weems SG at 6'6" seems like a cross between Derrick Rose PG and Al Thorton SF. Is he a shooter or a scorer? Not sure but he certainly seems like a high fly act with high energy like Al Thorton. |

| He's more of a scorer than a shooter I think. He's the kind of guy we were hoping Guillermo Diaz would become (except at a slasher position instead of a combo guard). |
