I got so irritated by a post by a guy name Clipper starter that I decided to rejoin the forum. He stated that we should give our pick and Maggette for Jose Calderon and toronto's pick. That's crazy. I'm not sure Maggette straight up for Calderon is a fair trade. He seems to have a very negative impression of Corey. Any guy that can average 23 points in this league can play. Maggette's jumper really improved this year, no coincidence its a contract year. Calderon is a damn good point guard and may be worth the trade straight up. But forget Maggete and the pick, hell no. They might have to throw in another player.
If toronto wanted that, I just keep the pick and resign Maggette. I might even go after Ben Gordon, or Baron Davis. |

| Yeah I don't think that'd be a fair trade either- maybe Calderon + a first rounder or + Kapono. Though I would only re-sign Maggette if he is not asking for crazy money. I'd give him $10/mil year but not more than that. |

| I would do Maggs for Calderon straight up. PPG don't tell the whole story. Calderon would help this team in more ways than one. |

| A trade for Baron Davis would actually be excellent, he a good solid PG and a scorer..hmm this would make our team much better.... |
