Thought your readers might like to know that before Ralph Lawler attended Bradley Univ. in Peoria, IL he played 8th grade basketball at Thomas Jefferson grade school and also starred on the 1956 Peoria High School basketball team that made the quarterfinals of the Illinois High School Assn. championships. How do I know? I watched him play basketball on our driveway with my brother many times back in 1952 when I was in first grade. Ralph is one of Peoria High School's most famous graduates.

Thanks a lot of for the info! That's cool your brother played basketball with him- has he talked to Lawler lately? I did know that Ralph went Bradley University- he always tries to plug the Bradley Braves whenever he gets the chance :-).
