    Injury update

    [excerpt] Clippers trainer Jasen Powell said rookie guard Marko Jaric's sprained left ankle is healed, and Jaric is cleared to play Wednesday against the Minnesota Timberwolves. He has been on the injured list since Dec. 27.


    Sixth man Quentin Richardson will do conditioning work at practice today and Tuesday, and if all goes well he also will return Wednesday. Richardson has missed the past four games after spraining his left ankle Jan. 3 at Memphis.


    Powell estimates it will be 2-3 weeks before starting guard Eric Piatkowski can return from an abdominal strain.

    That's great Marko & Q will be probably back on Wednesday but 2-3 weeks before Pike can return??! I hope that was a misprint.

    Even with Q, Pike and Jaric health I would keep this same starting lineup. Have you notice? Since Odom and Maggette returned, Miller's TOs went down and assist went up; and Maggette is playing the best ball this season right now. I think these 3 perimeter players have developed a good chemistry together.

    Yeah totally I think Maggette should stay as the starting SG as long has he's playing well. That's a good point about Miller's assists going up- now that I think of it he's had quite a few alley-oops and fast break assists to Odom and Maggette.
